DreamPairs
DreamPairs is a service that helps users find and organise opportunities to exchange collectible cards used in Dice Dreams.
With DreamPairs you can indicate the cards you can offer and the ones you are looking for, find users with compatible needs, send and receive Request, organise Trade, use the chat and access the other available features.
DreamPairs does not carry out the transfer of the cards. The actual exchange is completed by the users through Dice Dreams and according to the features and rules established by Dice Dreams.
Age requirement
To create an account and use DreamPairs you must be at least 18 years old.
By creating an account you declare that you meet this requirement.
Account
To use DreamPairs you need to create an account.
Only one DreamPairs account per person is allowed.
You can sign in using the authentication methods made available by DreamPairs, which may include Sign in with Apple and Facebook Login.
You are responsible for the use of your account and must take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorised access to it.
You may not transfer, sell or make your account available to other people.
Profile and information you provide
You can use a nickname and a profile photo and provide the other information required by DreamPairs's features.
The information you enter must be relevant to the service and must not be intentionally false, misleading, unlawful or harmful to the rights of others.
Where a feature requires you to indicate cards owned, available or wanted, you are responsible for keeping that information reasonably up to date.
Search
A Search starts from a card you can offer and includes one or more cards you would accept in exchange.
The cards listed among those you want may also belong to different Albums.
The availability of several copies of the same card can be represented within the Search without necessarily having to create a separate Search for each copy.
Each individual Trade nevertheless remains an exchange of 1 card ⇄ 1 card.
DreamPairs may apply operational limits to the creation and management of Search. The current limits are shown in the service and may be updated over time in accordance with these Terms and with applicable law.
Exact Match and Strong Alternatives
An Exact Match occurs when what one user offers corresponds to what another user is looking for and vice versa, according to DreamPairs's matching rules.
An Exact Match represents an exchange opportunity. It does not mean that the exchange has already been agreed or completed.
DreamPairs may also show Strong Alternatives, that is, further possibilities that may help you find an exchange.
Strong Alternatives do not automatically constitute a Trade ready to be proposed.
The availability of cards and opportunities may change over time.
Request
When you find an Exact Match that interests you, you can use the available features to propose the exchange through a Request.
The other user may accept or not accept the Request.
Request may be subject to time limits and operational limits indicated in the app.
Sending a Request does not transfer any card and does not guarantee that the exchange will be completed.
Trade
When a Request is accepted and the conditions provided for by the service are met, DreamPairs may create a Trade between the users involved.
The Trade allows you to organise the agreed exchange and to use the tools made available by DreamPairs.
The actual exchange of the cards takes place on Dice Dreams.
DreamPairs does not own users' cards, does not hold them and does not carry out their transfer within Dice Dreams.
Users are responsible for carrying out the agreed exchange and for the information they provide about its status.
SENT and RECEIVED
DreamPairs may allow users to indicate the status of the exchange through actions such as SENT and RECEIVED.
These actions serve to coordinate the Trade and to record the users' declarations.
Because the actual transfer takes place through Dice Dreams, DreamPairs may not be technically able to independently verify every transfer declared by users.
Intentionally providing false information about the status of a Trade may constitute a breach of these Terms.
Chat
A Trade may include a dedicated chat that allows the users involved to organise the exchange.
Use the chat in a way that is relevant to the Trade and respectful of other users.
Do not use the chat for harassment, threats, spam, unlawful activity or content prohibited by these Terms.
Do not use the chat to offer, request or arrange payments or any exchange other than the agreed 1 card ⇄ 1 card trade.
Messages may remain available to consult after the Trade has been completed, as described in the Privacy Policy.
The chat does not make DreamPairs a party to the exchange carried out between users on Dice Dreams.
Gold cards
Gold cards are matched like any other card: DreamPairs can find a Gold Match at any time.
In Dice Dreams, however, Gold cards can only be traded during the periods when the game allows it.
For this reason a Gold Match is not subject to expiry while it waits for the exchange to become possible in Dice Dreams: the opportunity remains available.
The 24-hour completion window runs from the moment the trade request is sent. Acceptance by the other user does not reset it, does not extend it and does not start a new one.
The actual exchange of a Gold card, as with any other card, is completed by the users on Dice Dreams and according to the conditions established by Dice Dreams.
Keep Matching
After a completed exchange, DreamPairs may continue looking for new opportunities between users who have already exchanged with each other, through Keep Matching.
This feature does not imply that users are obliged to carry out further exchanges.
Each new opportunity follows the rules applicable to the relevant DreamPairs features.
Reviews
After eligible exchanges, DreamPairs may allow users to leave reviews about their experience.
Reviews must reflect a real experience and must not be manipulated, purchased, traded, falsified or used to harass other users.
DreamPairs may take measures in respect of reviews that breach these Terms or the rules applicable to the service.
Reviews and completed exchanges may be shown to users in order to provide information that is useful when choosing the people to exchange with.
Relationships between users
Users decide independently whether to propose, accept and complete an exchange.
DreamPairs facilitates matching, contact and the organisation of the Trade, but is not a party to the exchange of cards carried out by users on Dice Dreams.
DreamPairs cannot guarantee that another user will complete an exchange or that all the information provided by a user is correct.
This does not limit the obligations that DreamPairs assumes directly towards you for the operation of its own service, nor the rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Facebook and previous exchanges
Where the feature is available and the relevant technical conditions are met, DreamPairs may show you that you and another user are already friends on Facebook.
DreamPairs may also show you that you have already completed an exchange with a particular user.
The purpose of this information is to help you recognise and put into context the people you interact with on DreamPairs.
The use of the Facebook features also depends on the availability and the conditions of the services provided by Meta.
Dice Dreams and SuperPlay
DreamPairs is an independent service.
DreamPairs is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or operated by SuperPlay and does not represent Dice Dreams or SuperPlay.
Dice Dreams and any names, trademarks, images and other elements belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
Use of Dice Dreams is subject to the rules, conditions and features established by its provider.
Changes made by Dice Dreams may affect the possibility of using certain DreamPairs features, including those relating to exchanges.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use DreamPairs to:
- buy, sell or offer cards, or arrange exchanges involving money, gift cards, in-game currency, accounts or anything of value. Every exchange must be 1 card ⇄ 1 card, carried out in Dice Dreams;
- commit fraud, deception or attempts to manipulate exchanges;
- intentionally declare as SENT or RECEIVED something you know not to be true;
- impersonate other people;
- create or use multiple accounts in order to circumvent limits or measures applied by DreamPairs;
- manipulate reviews, reputation or exchange history;
- harass, threaten or abuse other users;
- send spam or unlawful content;
- use automated systems, bots, scraping or similar tools in an unauthorised manner;
- attempt to interfere with the security, integrity or operation of the service;
- access accounts, data or systems without authorisation;
- use DreamPairs in breach of applicable law or of the rights of third parties.
Reports, abuse and account measures
DreamPairs may receive and assess reports concerning possible breaches of these Terms or abuse of the service.
In assessing a situation, DreamPairs may take into account the information reasonably available within the service, including the status of Trade, users' declarations, reviews, reports and relevant history.
Where appropriate, DreamPairs may take proportionate measures, including warnings, limitations of features, suspension or closure of the account.
Where required by applicable law, any rights of the user in relation to such decisions will be respected.
Suspension and closure of an account
We may limit, suspend or close an account where this is reasonably necessary, for example in the event of:
- breaches of these Terms;
- unlawful activity;
- fraud or abuse;
- risks to the operation or security of the service;
- intentional circumvention of limitations;
- buying, selling or trading cards for money or anything of value;
- legal obligations.
The measures taken must be proportionate to the circumstances, except where immediate action is necessary.
Users can request the deletion of their account in the manner described in the Privacy Policy.
Free service and possible future paid features
DreamPairs is available free of charge at launch.
In the future DreamPairs may introduce optional paid features or services.
Such features will remain optional.
Before making a purchase, the user will be shown the applicable price and conditions.
The introduction of paid features does not automatically result in charges to existing accounts.
Any purchases will also be subject to the applicable conditions of the channel through which they are made and to the law in force.
Content provided by users
Any rights in the content provided by the user remain with the user or with their respective owners.
Uploading content to DreamPairs does not transfer its ownership to DreamPairs.
When you use a feature that requires content to be stored, processed or displayed — for example a profile photo or a review — you authorise DreamPairs to carry out only the operations reasonably necessary to provide, operate and protect that feature and the service.
This authorisation does not give DreamPairs a general right to use your content arbitrarily for purposes unrelated to the service.
Chats are handled within the communication features between the users involved and in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
You must hold the necessary rights in the content you choose to provide and must not infringe the rights of third parties.
DreamPairs's intellectual property
The DreamPairs service, its software, design, interface, trademark, logo and the other original elements belonging to DreamPairs are protected by applicable intellectual property rules.
Use of the service does not transfer ownership of those elements to the user.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or exploit protected DreamPairs elements except as permitted by law or expressly authorised.
Trademarks and content belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
Availability and changes to the service
DreamPairs may evolve over time.
We may fix errors, improve features, change how they work, introduce new ones or discontinue some of them where reasonably necessary.
We do not guarantee that every feature will be available without interruption or that external services on which some features depend will remain unchanged.
Where a change materially affects the user's rights or the contractual relationship, we will provide the information or notices required by applicable law.
Liability
DreamPairs is responsible for its own service within the limits provided for by applicable law.
Because the actual exchanges are carried out by users through Dice Dreams, DreamPairs does not directly control the physical execution of each card transfer, nor the actions taken by users within Dice Dreams.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
These Terms do not limit the mandatory rights granted to consumers.
Privacy
The processing of personal data within DreamPairs is described in the Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy also contains information about account and data deletion and about privacy contact details.
Governing law, changes and contact
These Terms are governed by Italian law.
If you use DreamPairs as a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the mandatory protections available to you under applicable law, including, where the conditions are met, those provided by the law of your country of habitual residence.
We may update these Terms where necessary to reflect changes to DreamPairs, to the applicable rules or to the contractual relationship.
Where required, we will inform users of material changes before they take effect.
